What do you like best?

I really like using Addpoll to build a quiz style survey, they are fun and has a more turnover compared to usual surveys style. Not only quiz style survey, they also can cater to any type of survey objective like customer satisfaction or public opinion on brand.

What do you dislike?

The selection for a survey theme is too little, even for a Pro plan and those are not cheap. They need to up their game and release a new design every constantly so we can always have better option for our survey design.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend this survey software for a user that want changes from your normal surveys style.

Addpoll has many style of survey, it help me to build varieties of surveys style and make our customer less boring if we keep sending the same style of survey to them. It really help us knowing how public perception on out brand and product.
