The pricing is on the higher side, especially for the Indian Market. Regional pricing and customized pricing for startups can help Adaface better penetrate price-sensitive markets across the globe.

The Problem -> To save the time of the interviewers and shorten the time to hire.
=>The candidate funnel gives a good overview of where the candidate is in the recruitment pipeline. It has useful parameters like emails sent, emails opened, test attempted, etc. It helped us focus on the candidates serious about taking up a role at our organization. Hence saving time on interviewing the uninterested candidates.
=> Adaface helped us screen more candidates than we used to do with the manual interview process. We screened 22 candidates under 40 days with our two-member screening interview panel. This is the number when we were also taking in-person first-round interviews to benchmark the software, so the real-time number would be even better.
