What do you like best?

Every piece of information is available to me. If a piece of information is needed for all my contacts, I have the ability to create it. I have not had any large issues and the issues I did have the support helped me out.

What do you dislike?

I have not learned all of the software's capabilities.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Information is quicky available. I can answer my client's questions. I can do monthly marketing letters with ease.
