A Powerful tool where the power relies on you
What do you like best?
The immense customizations that are available. Support is fairly quick, Once you have everything set it will do your company very well from the first meeting of a client to the quote, sale and manage them. When my team members go on vacation it's easier to keep track of email to them and respond on their behalf. easier to communicate with my accounting team on how and when to bill clients.
What do you dislike?
Takes a while to learn every piece of it. Often it takes hours to figure out exactly how to customize it properly to fit your need. I would of liked to see some onboarding included , I would of signed a multi-year agreement even to have that ability to have one on one onboarding. The smartphone app needs serious work. It's the only thing I'd say my previous provider did better and I have seen competition do much better. I hope they change it soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give yourself a couple months to setup, play with and train on before using it full time.

Communication within my team. One tool for almost everything. It has streamed lined everything with communicating with the client. Saved money not missing billing. easier to see how much time spent on tickets. Before I had to use 3 tools when starting with a new client, now I use just this one. My churn seems to be lower as well now that I can keep track better touch points.
