What do you like best?

The simple concept of tracking prices of flights and trips daily is wonderful. Prices change pretty much every week and it is a pain to constantly keep checking but I have been doing just that. I prefer this method over the buy it cheap on Hotwire/Priceline idea.

What do you dislike?

In my experience there is no automatic checking of prices, therefore no alert can be sent. When I reached out to customer service about this problem, I never heard a reply.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

While I have personally had problems with customer service, I stick with FareIQ due to the ease of use of their website, and the fact that they have the lowest travel prices that I have been able to find. This is even compared to sites like Priceline, Travelocity, etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Due to working for a small school, we had a limited travel budget for things like conferences, events, etc. Therefore, we had great success with FareIQ being able to provide us with the lowest prices for travel expenses to stay under budget successfully.
