What do you like best?

The software is user friendly, easy to navigate and for the most part, keeps your cannabis inventory tracked.

What do you dislike?

This review comes from nearly 6 years of expererince using BioTrackTHC. The program has been and only is as good as its technical support, understanding of the customers needs and for which state its operated in , resolving software issues quickly and its ability to produce accurate and usable managerial reports and records used for state compliances. BiotrackTHC falls short in all these areas. The software face itself seems to be getting just slightly better each year but the support and their customer retention skills have not.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is a state mandated tracking software. Thankfully New Mexico is now allowing the use of other software companies.
