What do you like best?
Flexibility of the company to help partner with us meet our needs and streamline our business requirements. Implementation team was excellent in leading us through our conversion. Overall, EPAY Systems is a real partner willing to go the extra mile with us to ensure our success.
What do you dislike?
The system is so flexible it allows you to get to what you need from multiple places which can sometimes be confusing. Once you get used to it though its easy to navigate. Also I 'd like to see a stronger more streamlined ad hoc report writer.

Don't just look at the systems functionality. Look at the company and the management team as well. EPAY's management team was always flexible and listened to our needs. Streamlining business processes for our external stakeholders. We've been able to put in place an efficient process where our stakeholders now have access to enter information that they were submitting via forms.
