2+ year journey with Fingercheck
What do you like best?
I really love, how simple it is to use Fingercheck for work processes. As a manager of my team, I need to make sure work time is logged in properly and I find the way Fingercheck is desinged makes it really easy and simple; thus cutting the time I spent on going through every single login and logout in the end of the month. It really makes a difference and de-escalated my "end-of-the-month" rush.
What do you dislike?
Some of my team members noticed, sometimes the website freezes and they are not sure, if the login(out) went through, so they click it again and we have multiple records, which I need to clean out manually. Would be good, if the system could automatically recognize duplicate records and just delete it on it's own... or maybe generate a message to the manager, so I know, where to look for it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Clean and transparent time cards for employees - makes it really easy, when working with payments. Helps to cut time spent on runninf reportd for billing department and they have a clear picture, of what each employee has earned.
