Advanced user of G2.comThe best thing about G2 is the detailed reviews on the different companies, apps, and software. I appreciate that they ask for both the good things and the bad. Normally reviews are either all good or all bad.
The only thing I currently dislike about G2 is not really a fault of theirs, but I don't/cant use it much. I do not need new software or services that often, so I do not use the website that much.
Great place to see reviews before you buy.
The problems I have solves with G2.com are finding different software and apps for my business. Most of the tools I have needed have upfront costs to purchase. Being a small business, I want to make sure my money goes the furthest. With G2, I have been able to see what people think of each service/software before I sign up and potentially pay a lot of money to me.
