Difficult to use

What do you like best?

We liked the concept of this software the most.

What do you dislike?

This software was difficult to use. We tried it for two weeks, but the ability to input information effectively and accurately was difficult.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were using this for management of transportation in a long term health facility. We felt a software system would help with scheduling. It ended up messing up our appointments and the drivers weren't contacted for pick ups.
