What do you like best?

I have a lot to say about this one. I love how easy it is to navigate and create surveys. The existing templates are great and full of subject matter expertise. The branding options, the different widgets and options to add multimedia makes survey creation very simple. I have not found a better survey tool yet in a couple of yeard/

What do you dislike?

Honestly, the tool works wonders, but the different packages may seem a little daunting and perhaps pricey to some people. I'd like to have more tools available in the free version so that I could champion the tool for my company by showing them all the things we can do instead of what we cant do yet.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Survey Monkey to garner employee feedback and measure NPS for different initiatives. The reporting is super easy to use, read, analyze, and even set up to measure what you want. The response time is excellent, the survey setup and progress bar is convenient. Very fast and easy to view insights.
