A good match for: Enterprise feedback management and Market Research

What do you like best?

It comes with a free trial which is helpful to see if the product is right for you.It is able to be used across Windows and Mac and has good apps for Android and iPhone. The training they provide comes in a variety of sources - in person, webinar, live online. It's easy to set up and the customized surveys are a huge add. The support systems are really helpful.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the fact that there is no question library or a self-service portal. There is also no rater selection. Adding these functionalities would greatly enhance the product. The length of the free trial is also too short to get a true sense of all of the functionality. The reporting function is also difficult.

Take advantage of the free trial and support systems offered to see if it's a good fit for you and your business.
