What do you like best?

As someone that had a few projects that needed Spanish for a survey, I found that the accuracy and consistency was really good with this software. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use and how friendly it was to someone that isn't the most confident in software tools.

What do you dislike?

I disliked that it struggled with the specific words and tonation that we needed for projects. I also believe it was easy to use, but the level to which I could use the program had a lot of time needed to practice. At times the translation service would not be updated in real-time when I needed it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think a good word of advice is to take your time when first learning this software there is a steep learning curve at first, but as soon as you get it down, you'll be the best on your team!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I think finding a way that we can use surveys for not just English but in multiple languages it makes it useful to get a more diverse opinion.
