Pretty limited tool for making survey

What do you like best?

Not expensive, customizable surveys, good customer engagement

What do you dislike?

However, not a lot of functionalities compared to competitors. Plus, very few people using it (so, small community and then not so many support). A lot of work remains to be done to make it a more powerful tool

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Survey for customer segmentation and mainly pricing (M y team and I developped a phone case with wireless charging possibilities and we tried to figure out what possible customers would be interested and for what range of price)
