What do you like best?

It's easy to customize and create a survey in such less time, and analytical view of responses. Pretty basic from what you can expect from a website, it meets that, so try it once if you like and see how it helps in your field of expertise

What do you dislike?

Customer care is bad, incase of any problem, you are by yourself. That's the only bad point, rest all seems great.

I would actually recommend that you give it a try, rest if you don't like it there are of course other options, but give it a honest try

I can create a survey while brain storming session in my team, it's very quick and easy. It always helped me to make quick surveys for making decisions not just with a sample, but with my own staff and employees.
