Reputada is perfect tool for customer feedback
What do you like best?
Although Reputada is a software that aims to serve companies of all sizes, I think it will be most useful for start ups. The reason is our startup is very new yet, and that's why the data we will get from social media is critical. Reputada is also very good at analysis and measurement capabilities. I guess these features make it different. If I can explain it with an example, thanks to Reputada, I can see the micro-level feedback of potential customers and examine their analysis without the need for long surveys that cause users to be bored. In addition, feedback is automatically sent to my colleagues at our startup, so we can focus on the solution without wasting time.
What do you dislike?
I can only make one negative comment about the software. Although the price is quite reasonable compared to its competitors and the services it offers, unfortunately it does not have a free trial.

I recommend this tool for everyone who wants to reach their potential customers' feedbacks.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In my opinion, it is not difficult to use and has a simple layout. It can be also supported with different operating systems such as Windows. Another advantage is that the software is mobile compatible.
