- Uses blockchain technology that allows users to create survey forms where data is secure and private

- UI looks very beautiful

- AI form builder that helps formulate questions

- Highly customizable form designs and interface options

- Highly customizable email notifications

- Webhooks and other intergrations

- Multiple types of sharing options and embeds

What do you dislike?

As of the time of writing this review, some options or features could take a bit of time to get used to. The passphrase login could pose as a security risk becasuse anyone who gets their hands on the passphrase will be access the account and the owner of the account has no way to re-secure the account.

If you are looking for a survey/forms platform that secures the data you gather and ensures the privacy of that data, BlockSurvey is an excellent choice that does not require a self-hosted solution. With blockchain and end-to-end encryption, no readable data can leak in case of a breach

The problems and issues that this solves is data security and privacy especially for highly sensitive data. Blockchain and end-to-end encryption ensures that actual data cannot be compromised in case of a data breach/hack
