What do you like best?

I like that it is easy to use. They have templates for you to use and its way to edit the questions and add questions. I like that I can email it out or embed it into a website. I also like the different ways to answer. You can have a multiple choice answer or a sliding scale.

What do you dislike?

Its very simple which is great for what I need, but some people might need something with more features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is an easy to use platform but is simple. Its good for asking some questions and getting back simple data. If thats all you need, then this platform is perfect for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am always wondering after an event, what people were thinking and I am supposed to be reviewed on it, and I never have the data. Most sites have a complicated platform that is more advanced than I need but this is exactly what I need and at a great price.
