I love the Concept

What do you like best?

I like the concept of this software. Instead of having to send a customer to a website to complete a survey, they can do it by text. Very smart

What do you dislike?

I do not like the top up feature, but it is not the worst thing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try if you are able to afford the top-ups. It is a great program, I would recommend it for business looking to come into the technology age.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to text my customers satisfaction surveys help us stay current with technology. The benefits is ease for customers.
