What do you like best?

Straight off the bat, what I liked the most during my time using Zigpoll was the incredible user-interface, it's very streamlined and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

We were looking for specific functions which could not be achieved on the free account plan. I hope they re-work their pricing because it's a little expensive for us at the moment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for a modern but simple system to set up your polls, then Zigpoll might be a great starting point for you, they offer a Lite plan which is free to use, get familiar with it before deciding.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to capture information from our customers so we could then evaluate and act on them.
