Customer Thermometer is brilliant!
What do you like best?
The statistics on the reporting dashboard are so useful for us to monitor, giving us loads of ways to benchmark and measure our performance. It's helped our team to get engaged with the service we offer, with them visibly seeing the improvement from their hard work.
Being in recruitment, it's been really important for us to gauge how different agents have been performing. With Customer Thermometer we can see a breakdown of how each area of the business is doing, as well as a broad view, which is so helpful.
Not only is the app great, but the setup was so straightforward and the support team, the ‘Ministry of Magic', are genuinely brilliant – they respond straight away, they're proactive and it's just great to work with them.
Customer Thermometer has helped us to get loads of feedback from our customers on a regular basis. We love celebrating the good feedback but it's also so important for us to get insight into problems as soon as they happen – CT automatically notifies us when we get a red light so we can get in touch right away.
Our response rates are brilliant, unlike with longform surveys, we get constant engagement from our customers. Regular, real-time feedback has been a game-changer for us.
What do you dislike?
It's quite common to get false clicks using the system - security software clicks the links leaving fake feedback, so we are not always sure if feedback is real. Customer Thermometer are really supportive with their 'clickblocker' though, which means we can delete false responses and automate the process - this is something we couldn't solve when reviewing other customer feedback tools
