Simple to use and great extra insights

What do you like best?

It's very simple to set up and to include it in your newsletters, with just a few clicks. If you really want to learn more about your audience in a very unobtrusive way, FeedLetter if for you.

What do you dislike?

The interface needs a bit more work. You can tell just by looking at it that it's a really new tool. To make it even easier to use, reordering the items a bit better will result in a better product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Normally the stats you get from your campaigns are just the number of open/close actions. With FeedLetter you can know more about your audience and this helps you create better content for them and better segments.
