What do you like best?

Surveys made in survey55 are very attractive. It helps us getting unbiased invaluable customer insights and feedbacks. It also has a genuinely simple interface and it's very easy to install and use. We just have to input company's name and customise questions in pre-made Surveys. We don't have to create whole survey from scratch.

What do you dislike?

Survey55's price is very high. Also sometimes it's hard to navigate around its interface. Rest is fine. I think there is nothing much to dislike about survey55 other than price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to design some attractive surveys that really helped us fetching out some unbiased customer feedbacks. Customer feedbacks obtained helped us achieving demands and desires of our customers. That helps a lot in increasing sales with customer satisfaction.
