What do you like best?

What I like the most about this tool is that it helps you to make surveys very fast and it is very user friendly and the answers you get fast and it helps to improve your service and get good feedback from the clients.

What do you dislike?

The thing I do not like a lot about this tool is the time of takes to set up to create all the questions and then sometimes it might get tricky sometimes. But I would say there aren't serious things i don't like about this tool.

To keep going and improving the tool but on a whole we love it
