What do you like best?

I enjoyed the easiability navigating through the system. The format is clear and consice. The training provided helped with understanding various features, such as IM with carriers in realtime, ability to track shipments via a hyperlink that can be sent to various individuals to review.

What do you dislike?

I disliked some of the images in the training modules, they were hard to see the details because it was small and a little blurry. After completion of the FourKites certification, I did not receive my certification badge for my email signature, even though it stated it was attached to the certification email. I copied and pasted it from a co-worker.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

FourKites is a concise software for tracking carrier shipments. I recommend their service, they ensure each user is trained and certified to use their software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

FourKites allows me to see in realtime where the driver is traveling and if they are sitting. Also, I really like the way they captured weather related issues on the map within the software.
