Works for daily use in administrative roles

What do you like best?

I used this software when working at a university. We used it for a dormitory to keep student data organized and easily accessible for daily use. We used this to manage office shifts and work times. I liked how easy it was to access and make changes.

What do you dislike?

Changing appointment times was a little tricky at first, but my supervisor explained how to do it so it made more sense later on.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I had an easier time managing my shifts for work and trading shifts with other employees. It kept all of the times organized and easy to read.
