I like that they provided a free 30-day trial of the product before we had to commit to a plan.

What do you dislike?

I didn't really like the product. It was unclear to me where they were pulling the data from for categories like "Applause Rate." There's also really no sentiment data.

I recommend trying the free trial. You do not need to provide a credit card, which gives an extra layer of freedom.

We were in the market for a new social media analytics platform to gauge the performance of our social media accounts. True Social Metrics claim exclusive Instagram competitive analysis, which we found appealing.
