Best way to save time managing ads

What do you like best?

The most helpful thing is the 20 minute workweek that doesn't require much time to make positive changes to the account to improve performance. I also love the support from their technical implementation team who are happy to get lost in Google Tag Manager setups.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that they don't have a transparent pricing plan. In my case they offered me a lower price only when I decided to leave when my contract ended. Going up a tier was unaffordable to me so they retained me by giving me the same pricing plan I had before. It's just too manual.

I save a ton of time managing my ads each week. Other helpful features are the abilities to copy paste ads, campaigns and sets. I also love the alerts they send each week and what also saves me a lot of time are the monthly reports that it generates based on a set schedule. Reporting would have been a pain otherwise.
