What do you like best?
We have a fantastic account manager, Ricky. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing patience level for the amount of questions/quieries we have for him. Recently, we have needed an increased level of support to on-board a tricky client with very bespoke reporting needs. Ricky has played a significant role in building a trusted relationship with the client. We cannot stress how much we appreciate his hard work.
What do you dislike?
you cannot upload HTML5 ads to the Adroll interface. To have the ads uploaded, you need to email the ads to the Adroll team to upload in house. The ads are usually uploaded within the same working day. . .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When we have had previouse display activity running through Google Display Network, we could not fully realise the value & contribution to sales and revenue. Adroll tracking pixel tracks view through conversion as well as click-though conversions so we can assign greater value to display marketing. We have recently found that order ID numbers can be fed back to our tracking to fully assign all sales achieved.
