What do you like best?
Not only is PhoneWagon incredibly accurate at tracking calls and texts and showing the marketing campaign that these leads came from but they are now a full blow world-class business phone system. We now make all our outbound calls from PhoneWagon and it's awesome seeing the entire conversation in one thread.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could use it for more clients and side projects.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The first problem that we were originally solving with PhoneWagon was finding out which of our marketing campaigns was generating high quality inbound calls and texts. This helped us optimize our ad spend so we aren't wasting money on campaigns that aren't performing.
Now we use it for our entire phone system. We got rid of grasshopper and other cheaper mobile phone apps ( that we let people use so they didn't have to use their cell phone). Now everything is in one place and we can all respond from a shared inbox. it's amazing.
