What do you like best?

As someone who came to the table with little to no experience in launching and scheduling SMS-based marketing campaigns, SMSP was a great program to gain experience in this particular vein of marketing as it offers an intuitive interface and allows for one to ostensibly craft all different types of messaging in varying degrees of length and scope. It was relatively easy to create SMS campaigns that incorporated tracked calls and bitly links as well.

What do you dislike?

As someone who works in a space where it is not uncommon to launch multiple campaigns, I would've like more of a chance to be able to best optimize my time and ability to work on multiple campaigns for the same client simultaneously, but it felt like there were some limitations in what one could do past the point of simply working one campaign (or perhaps better put, one text) at a time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Considering that my businesses frequently utilizes SMS campaigns for our clients as well as for our own internal purposes, having SMSP has been invaluable in generating new business for our clientele as well as leads and business for oursevles - it's truly something that's solving problems on both sides of the coin, so to speak.
