What do you like best?

The UI is great for showing enough detail without being cluttered. This allows flawless interaction with Customers. Often times conversations had on this application flow perfectly with mobile phones of both android and apple users.

What do you dislike?

During a busy day, it can sometimes be hard to keep up with all customer chats and respond in a timely manner. It is also fairly expensive and something that takes a large value prop to make happen on a company level.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Often times a phone call is not the best option for a customer schedule. A simple text can help keep a deal on track with up to the minute details. Several times I have been able to use textline with customers to make sure we stay on schedule.
