What do you like best?
Tatango is a powerful and intuitive tool that allows us to communicate with our customers in effective and, most importantly, track-able way. The GUI is super easy to understand, and the whole learning curve of this product is pretty gradual, especially in comparison with some other tools on the market.
The other thing I like is the customer support. There were literally no situations whatsoever when I had to wait longer than a few minutes to get contacted by Tatango's representative, and the actual technical improvements/support are top-tier. Alexis is especially fast on jumping in the chat in case there are some questions from my side - keep doing the great work!
What do you dislike?
The only real thing I dislike in Tatango is the necessity of subscribing the customers to their appropriate campaigns manually. It's not that big of a deal when one has just a couple or even dozen a campaigns, but it is definitely cumbersome to handle when you have 60+ campaigns.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tatango helps my organization to reach out to our customers effectively, both in form of text and MMS messages, and keep track of every contact, subscriber, and type of send we have.
One of the most handy features in Tatango, in my experience, is Mobile/Double Opt-in, which allows user to create or remove keywords for their campaigns literally in one click.
