What do you like best?

Low cost per user. Most competitors charge the full subscription per seat. Salesmsg asks $10 which is as much as most want for an additional number.

What do you dislike?

Lack of VOIP functionality is the only thing keeping them from being the perfect solution for us but they do offer call forwarding which is more than adequate for many use-cases.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your client communications are primarily text-based and you need unique numbers for each of your team members, Salesmsg could save you hundreds of dollars on your stack overhead.
