Mail Clark solves a problem that was plaguing our organization
What do you like best?
We had a problem at Orlando Fringe. We couldn't spread the word to all of the people that needed to know when a show during our festival was sold out or close to selling out. Mail Clark receives an email from our ticketing partner that the show is sold out or close to and Mail Clark connects to our Slack and sends the message out to everyone. No confusion. No miscommunication. Mail Clark for the rescue! On top of that, the offered the service for free since we are a nonprofit. In return, have listed them as a partner for our festival.
What do you dislike?
I cannot say anything bad about Mail Clark. I have been very pleased with everything about them since we started using them two years ago.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a way to get ticket sales information from our ticketing website and to our staff in a moment's notice so we can alert patrons of a sold-out show. This information also tells our staff where we need to be to help with crowd control during our 14-day festival. Mail Cark being integrated with Slack solved the problem we had and our festival runs much smoother as a result.
