What do you like best?

The notification format is simple, beautiful colors. You can disable notifications at any time,

although not so good. The notification history is very good for knowing when notifications came. It's a very simple tool, which clearly needs more research to bring more malleability.

What do you dislike?

Notifications in the "teams" tab mix with reaction notifications in comments. So, you cannot easily see a message that was sent to you in Equipes. In addition, notifications appear very often, with a very long time. I have been in several situations where I had to wait for the notification to clear before continuing my work. Besides that, even putting the option "do not disturb", which is to stop receiving notifications, Teams keeps flashing non-stop when there is a notification, it bothers me a lot because I lose focus on what I'm doing at work to see the notification. Terrible!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do more research with users to understand the usability of notifications on a daily basis. Bring more malleability to the tool, allowing you to cancel any notification from appearing, returning the user's independence to use the tool as they wish.

Notifications help me see what's new in my work. I use teams on a daily basis and notifications are essential to bring productivity to what I do. The lack of notifications also brings productivity, when I have the option to stop seeing notifications it is perfect for working with peace of mind
