What do you like best?
ESS and service catalog is very user friendly , simple to use and has a lot to offer such as a bunch of catalog items easy to order and knowledge articles for self help .
It has demonstrated a humungous amount of capable options and strong base.
What do you dislike?
nothing that a can recall. its superb , only thing is that its heavy if you do a lot of customozations and gets slow. service portal and widgets are not very easy to work with and domain seperation is still not that great

customers love the platform and they find it very easy and cool to navigate
