What do you like best?

Perspectium is able to replicate our ServiceNow data in real time as data is created or changed, this means we can run complex reports within Business Objects or have Tableau Dashboards right up to speed as changes are made.

What do you dislike?

Could be simpler installing the agent on the server, would also be good if upgrades could be more streamlined and communicated better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For ServiceNow data replication we couldn't recommend it enough, it's really easy to share large data and tables to a local database, you can share millions of records without a lot of effort.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to create complex reports and join data up from other sources within our data warehouse from the data that is been replicated. We're able to also create real-time dashboards which on Tableau which are being share with stakeholders across various organisations.
