Advanced user of RegoLink Jira ConnectorIt seems to cover most of our use cases, from integrating with projects to stories
The Weblink solution no longer works in JIRA, because Jira does not work for a system requiring authentication. Therefore, REST message pulling is required, which is not as "real time". The weblink worked a couple years ago, and this isn't a RegoLink issue, but rather with Jira.
Many customers still use Jira and are mandated, even though we have a working ServiceNow agile solution, so we need to satisfy both
