What do you like best?

It sends review scores out to Google well. The closed nature of Feefo is also attractive for genuine reviews from actual purchases.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the tiered pricing options for what should be ‘out of the box' functionality. Reports are complex. The lack of human moderation is also an issue.

Be sure to budget for their most comprehensive package otherwise you may find a lack of functionality frustrating.
