What do you like best?
It's great in theory in that it helps with the reporting process and streamlines communication.
What do you dislike?
There's no way to censor the "kids just being kids" and abusing the system.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps monitor the ongoing problem of cyber bullying. It will be interesting to see result emerge and how incidence may have been deescalated thanks to the software.
