What do you like best?

It is a basic ticketing system that does what it is meant to do.

What do you dislike?

It is build on old technology and the interface doesn't seem to have been updated since it was originally built. It is also very expensive compared to other ticketing systems.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is an easy way for our employees to report items that need repairs throughout our multiple locations.
