What do you like best?

Not only does it help me contact interested students it helps me track what they have done and what info they have received so I can reference the visit or the brochure

What do you dislike?

It took me a bit to get used to using an integrated system from just using an email program for my contact management. Once I was used to it I had a hard time believing how much easier it made managing prospective students

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are not using a prospect management system you will find a great relief from using one

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This has made prospect management much easier with a one stop shop for what is happening
