Advanced user of Crystal SchedulerEasy to use scheduler with an abundance of functionality. It supports various file formats such as Word, Excel, HTML, RTF, Acrobat (PDF), RPT, CSV. and text formats. Can deliver reports or files via to file locations including sharepoint, email, printer, and fax. I like the functionality of the event triggers and the ability to schedule using a custom calendar.
The user interface is a little outdated. Although you can schedule reports from a web-based browser, the local client tool is needed and supports the desired functionality. Would be nice if this application can be used with other reporting applications.
Distribute Crystal-based reports to users using event-based triggers and time-based custom calendars in a variety of formats. It saves time and does a great job with little maintenance. Used the address book feature to identify groups for email delivery.
