Flexible Platform to Implement Complex Incentive Comp Designs!

What do you like best?

Platform is very easy to setup new plan components with complex designs.

Robust REST APIs capabilities which enables data sharing with other enterprise teams like FP&A and CRM dashboards.

Continuous product enhacements to features like Reporting, Mobility and AI capabilities.

What do you dislike?

Im very much pleased by the latest enhancements they have made to Workflows. I like all the new feature they have introduced for Reporting, Mobility and AI.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Focus more than the process refinement before implementing the solution.

Set expectations with users on roles and responsibilities.

Build both Implementation and validation structure around your model.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved Commissions Expense for Accrual Accounting, a process in SAP to generate Waterfall entries. It saved us 16 hours each month.

Automating Payroll validation is also a tedious process comparing various data points to ensure there are no over/underpayments.

We have also implemented a what-if commission estimator using the native webform feature with dynamic GUI.
