Got me two meetings within 48 hours of first use.

What do you like best?

The sales and support teams have been great. I had a few issues (operator error - aka my fault) that they smoothed out quickly. The team (including the CEO) has reached out to help me get up and running - but in all candor, it's incredibly intuitive. I'm still learning my way around - but I was able to set up multiple campaigns within a couple of hours.

Most of that time was spent identifying contacts in Sales Nav, adjusting my CSV file to match the template and writing scripts. The actual setup of the sequences once that was done went incredibly fast.

I'm a new small business- and the ability to "automate" a BDR-like role while I'm busy doing other things is incredibly helpful to me.

It's up to you to ensure you have the right messaging, and I felt fortunate to immediately land 1 totally cold meeting on my first try, and a 2nd with an old contact I have not spoken to within a long time. The automation of the emails is truly set/forget.

What do you dislike?

I've noted a few quirks (that could be something I'm doing wrong) when it comes to looking up emails via Sales Nav on LinkedIn. Nothing that a reboot to my PC doesn't fix, but their team offered to help me.

For now, there's not much to dislike. I've only used it for less than a week - and it's helping me reach beyond what I could do on my own. I just need to learn my way around it in more depth.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am a brand new ad agency. While I have been in my industry for over 29 years, and am well known within my circles, I'm using Interseller to "get the word out" beyond my current contact list. It's allowing me to sort through prospects in Sales Nav on LinkedIn, and with literally 1 click - it looks up all of the email addresses I can't see and populates a "sequence" that I set up with outbound messaging. You can adjust the time of day, how often emails go out, days in between emails - etc. It also provides a decent amount of feedback on the dash that shows views, clicks, etc. All in all - insight I would not have if not for the platform.
