Great tool to unlock data-driven reporting for customer facing orgs
What do you like best?
Matik delivers on the promise of making it easier to get personalized data in front of prospects and customers. The tool itself is very intuitive, and once you build out the data elements you want to be able to incorporate into various presentations, it's very easy for less-technical org leaders to generate content. The Matik team is highly invested in ensuring their customers' success on the tool -- super responsive throughout the (fast) onboarding process and weekly touchpoints since we've been live. We rolled out for our customer success organization and have quickly seen the value it can deliver to other teams as well (sales & onboarding)
What do you dislike?
I don't see any downsides at this point. If you can dedicate the time & resources to set it up properly, it will deliver value to your organization in spades.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Automated customer reporting (e.g. quarterly business reviews). Communication of our value to customers at scale.
