Perfect for our needs

What do you like best?

Enablix is so easy to use, for both Marketing and the sales reps. We can tag each piece of content in a number of different ways that make it easy for the reps to find what they're looking for. Other solutions we looked at were far to complex for us. We especially appreciate the heatmap feature that shows us what personas, features, and stages of the buyer journey we have assets for and which we need more for. The sales process was also super clear and easy. Post-sale, we have regular check-ins and get all of the personal help and attention we could ask for.

What do you dislike?

We have no regrets about purchasing Enablix.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had no central repository for all of our content and we were continually finding that sales reps were using outdated materials. We couldn't really blame them for that when finding the correct collateral was so difficult. With Enablix, they can go to one place and easily find the content they need and see other things they may not have known about. Now there is no excuse not to use the latest and greatest. We also lacked the ability to which content was being utilized by whom. With Enablix, we can see which reps are deploying which assets and we can what pieces are being accessed by external audiences as well. Enablix supports our content strategy in a number of valuable ways. It's really brought it to a new level.
