This software is used in multiple sectors of our company. It saves the time of the work performed by our employees. It provides end-to-end solution with the mixture of desktop process automation with robotic process automation. It is a good technical support which takes care of our satisfaction.
It showed some trouble in scanning the documents at large at the cognitive marketing platform. In complex organization like ours it is not easy to implement the software. Another limitation includes too much dependency on the robots which leads to lesser working opportunities to the individuals.
It did not require a proper knowledge of coding for the usage. It provides desktop automation which is a plus one to the Existing facilities provided by the competitors in the market. It allows us to arrange our work sequentially. It has been providing end to end solutions to their problems.
