What do you like best?

The features are very much on par with LogMeIn, although they are arranged differently.

One thing that stands out is the ability to scale up the size of the remote computer beyond the native resolution (which is handy on a 4k screen).

The remote computers do not "hang" when you log out, or restart them, unlike LogMeIn, which will not close until a certain period of time has elapsed.

The ability to initiate chat in a separate window, so you don't have to monitor the client's computer, and hope they don't obscure your view of their response is awesome.

The toast pop on connection to a remote computer is handy, without being intrusive.

I also really appreciate the ability to favorite certain computers in my directory to make them quick to find.

What do you dislike?

The only, very minor gripes I have is the inability to pause the integrated bitdefender antivirus and the inability to support from Linux.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I support several offices across a region of 100 miles or so, and Splashtop, with the optional Bitdefender license, is key to keeping my computers up to date and secure. This, along with the ability to quickly deploy new software to disparate groups of computers, allow me the freedom to work from anywhere I might find myself "in the field."
